Residential Project in San Antonio, Texas

The Finished Work Roofing and Finished Work Custom Metals teams took on this project in San Antonio, Texas at the end of 2017. This project was very standard, as it was a simple roof installation, as the roof just needed to be replaced. However, one difficult thing about this project was the layout of the roof itself. The home has curved edges above the front door, and the Finished Work Roofing team needed to spend extra time to make the metal panels lay down perfectly to look clean and prevent any leaking due to a poorly installed roofing job. However, we always try to get our projects done in an efficient, yet effective manner as to not inconvenience our clients.

We do not want our work crew or work progress to get in the way of our clients’ daily routine for an extended period of time. With that being said, the Finished Work team will assess each project individually to make sure our work is not rushed, as this can result in sloppy roofing installations or unfinished work. Our team was able to install the client’s new roof perfectly using reverse radius panels in a mansard brown color. Now, the client has a brand new beautiful roof that they can enjoy for many years to come.
