After our years of experience, we have noticed some common concerns among our customers. Is FWRC licensed and insured?
In Texas, there is no obtainable roofing license, but we have a two million dollar general liability policy and provide worker’s comp for our installers.
How long is the warranty on a new metal roof?
Our company goes above the industry standard and offers a two-year workmanship warranty. You will also receive a warranty ranging between 25 to 40 years on the finish of the metal–depending on what color is selected.
What if you start replacing my roof and it starts raining?
As our team progresses in tearing off the old roofing system, they will be drying the roof as they work. The underlayment, ice/water shield and metal roofing sealant are what keeps the water out and we make sure each roof is 100% dried before we pack up each day.
Does your staff speak English?
While some of our installers are yet to be fluent in English, we always assign an English-speaking project manager to the job so there is no miscommunication between our customers and the installers.
My roof leaks. Do I need to replace it completely?
A leaking roof does not always mean that you will need to replace the entire roof. It is something that we consider on a case by case basis. By allowing us to inspect the roof and document the damage, we can assist in coming up with the best plan possible and find the right solution.
